Went for youth camp on the 12th December to 15th December and the theme for this year is Generation R (Generation Revolution). It was held in Harvest Haven, Gopeng, Ipoh and I really enjoyed myself there. I get to meet new friends and at the same time, bond closer with my old friends. You know, get to know them even more. It was really amazing and there were 3 salvations too! Praise God!! The speaker was Pastor Joshua and I really like his sermon. Okay, enough talking… It’s time for videos and pictures as they speak louder than words. The videos you’re about to see, were taken by Wilson Moy and most of the pictures were taken by Ru Sern and Qing Ling as we left our cameras and phones in our room most of the time. About the videos, Wilson used his iPhone 4 and also an application called “iMovie” to create this awesome video.

Sorry that I haven’t been blogging quite a while. Well, there are 2 things that I wanna blog about, so let’s get started!

First of all, this week is Assignment week, which means lots of assignments to pass up and a History test coming up. Usually a week before Assignment week, there will be tons of stuff to do and rushing to get things done. Surprisingly, this term there’s nothing much to do as most of the exercises are done in class and the lecturers would give us 2 weeks to complete our assignments. So, this week, all we’ll be doing is hand in the final assignment and sort out our files to make sure all of our exercises are there. After that, I’ll be having 2 weeks of term break starting next week!! I can’t wait! =)

Secondly, last Friday was Wii Friday and it was a blast!! For those who doesn’t know what it’s all about, well, it’s a youth event where all the youth cell groups will gather together. We have it frequently and each time there’s a Wii Friday, the cell group that host will create a theme and everyone will dress towards the theme. Last Friday, my cell group (J.Juniors) was hosting it and the theme was “Back To Preschool”. Everyone was suppose to dress and look like a kid and bring their favorite childhood toys (if they want to bring). To my amazed, everyone dress up (well, almost everyone)!! All of them look so cute. Some guys dress like a nerd with their pants up high while most of the girls tie two ponytails on their hair and brought a teddy bear with them. It was fun and crazy during games as some of the guys actually pretend to be a kid that they ask a lot of questions and make a lot of noise like kids do. So, what we, game masters did was, we treated them like kids asking them to put their finger on their lips and explaining the games like we’re explaining to kids. LOL. Here are some pictures taken by Rachel (our cell group leader). =p

Waiting to greet them as they walk in. From left, Joseph (he’s not in our cg, but he stands there for fun. XD), me, Tanya & John more…

I wanna share this video because it carries a wonderful message to all of us. A pastor shared this video in my church a few weeks ago. It’s really inspiring and motivating, so I hope you’ll enjoy the video. Do comment, please. =)

Wow!! Time do pass by fast. Just a blink of an eye and it’s already February! I know my last update was in January. Well, here are some updates on what’s going on.

- College is still great! Had my 1st assignment to do and it’s due on week 8, which is next 3 weeks. For 2D and Colour Studies, we are required to make a carrier (to put things inside. For example, a bag, a box…etc…). For Drawing class, we need to draw a pile of oranges and also a handkerchief. And for Computer Studies, we need to design a milk carton.

- Followed my dad to PECC (Penang E-Community Club) last 2 Friday and helped out by guiding the senior citizen on using Facebook. Bernice was the teacher and the volunteers including me were there to help. I’m gonna teach them about blogging soon! (^.^) more…

Year 2009 is history and here comes year 2010. Everything happens in a blink of an eye. I guess time really do pass by fast and waits for no one. So what do you think of year 2009? Had it been a great year for you? Or had it been the worst year for you?

Well, I don’t know about you but year 2009 had been an amazing year for me. In fact, it was beyond amazing. The feeling is so great that I don’t even know how to describe it. 2009 was the most amazing year for me compared to the previous years. I’ve learned so many new things. more…

On 9th of August, EPCC (Excel Point Community Church) celebrated their 12th Anniversary at Matahari Ballroom, Equatorial Hotel, Penang. It’s a BIG  SUNDAY and the ballroom were filled with many people. People from the English Service. People from the Bahasa Service. And also people from the Mandrine Service. The service was quite enjoying. There are also some performances and the greatest of all is that so many people accepted Christ. Wow!! Here are some pictures taken.

I don’t know why I’m up so early. I couldn’t sleep and so is my brother. We woke up at the same time and none of us can go back to sleep. Anyway, the school holidays are finally here! For those who are going to Youth Camp, the journey starts this morning at 7a.m (I think…). They would most probably on the way to Gopeng Resort now and will only be back on 3rd June.

For those of you that are going to Youth Camp, I just want to pray that all of you will have a safe journey there. I hope that all of you will be touched and have an awesome time. I remember when I went to camp in year 2005. It was a blast. It really touched me and brings me closer to God. So enjoy, have fun and appreciate because there are people like me who really wanted to go but parents don’t allow. Hope you guys will learn more during the camp and have a closer relationship with God after the camp.

As for me, I still don’t know what am I going to do during these 2 weeks holidays. Most probably watching television and sleep (as always…). I hope this holidays will be different compared to the previous holidays where it is so boring staying at home. I will find something to do…EVENTUALLY… (>.<)

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!

Went for City in Worship in my church (EPCC) yesterday night. Other churches in Penang were also there as we come together to worship. It was an awesome night. There were dance performances by the youth members and also a presentation by the CATs (Creative Arts Troopers) from EPCC.

We started worship from 7pm until almost 10pm. Although there’s school tomorrow and my voice started to change after the service, but it’s all worth it. All of us had so much fun yesterday night. For those who din’t come yesterday night, you miss all the fun and excitement but there will be more coming soon in other church. Make sure you don’t miss it the next time. =)  Sorry there is no pictures taken as I forgot to bring my camera. (^.^)
