Dad cooked seafood for dinner just now and it was really delicious. He did not see any recipe books and surprisingly, it still tasted this good. Had a great and enjoyable dinner. 
Oh, and we had Sparkling Grape Juice too!!

OMG! All this while we have been conned into believing that Alvin cannot cook. C’mon, this is professional cooking. May I know from which site he got the recipes from? ~~LOL~~
He got the recipe from his mind. =p I think if you ask him to cook the same dish again, he would have problem with the amount of spice to put. So the taste of the dishes he cook is only a one-time thing. Next time he’ll put different spice, so different taste d.
[...] If I am ever given a choice again, I would definitely choose the same path even though I may have to leave a great job behind. I have not even the slightest regret for doing that 11 years ago because no amount of money in the world could ever buy me that great moments in my life. So I am very thankful for everything.
